This policy explains how you can cancel your FlexxMoney subscription and request refunds. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. Introduction
Kairos Labs Pvt Ltd (“FlexxMoney”) offers subscription-based access to our financial learning platform, including courses, educational content, and expert consultation services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your FlexxMoney experience. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures.
2. Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- In-App: Go to Profile → Subscription → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Website: Log in at flexxmoney.in → Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel
- Email: Send a cancellation request to support@flexxmoney.in from your registered email
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all premium features until expiration
- Auto-renewal will be disabled, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles
- After expiration, your account will be converted to a free account with limited access
- Your learning progress and account data will be preserved
Canceling Auto-Pay
- Cancel autopay mandates directly from the Profile section in our app
- Alternatively, cancel through your payment app (Google Pay, PhonePe, bank app) under “Autopay” or “Mandates”
- Canceling autopay stops future automatic charges but won't affect your current active subscription
3. Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with FlexxMoney within the first 7 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.
Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
- You have not previously received a refund for a FlexxMoney subscription
- You provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction (helps us improve)
Partial Refunds
After the 7-day period, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the Service for an extended period
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
Pro-Rata Refunds
For annual subscriptions, if you cancel after the 7-day window due to exceptional circumstances, we may offer a pro-rata refund for unused months at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email Us: Send a refund request to support@flexxmoney.in with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include Details:
- Your registered email address and phone number
- Subscription plan purchased
- Date of purchase
- Transaction ID or payment reference (if available)
- Reason for refund request
- Wait for Confirmation: Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
Tip: For faster processing, include your payment receipt or screenshot of the transaction.
5. Expert Consultation Refunds
For expert consultation sessions booked through FlexxMoney:
- Before Session: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
- Last-Minute Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours but before the session starts
- No-Show: No refund for missed sessions without prior cancellation
- Expert No-Show: Full refund or free rescheduling if the expert fails to attend
- Technical Issues: Full refund or rescheduling if technical issues on our platform prevented the session
6. Refund Processing
Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may add an additional 3–5 business days
Refund Methods
- UPI Payments: Refunded to the same UPI ID
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the same card
- Net Banking: Refunded to the source bank account
- Wallets: Refunded to the same wallet
Note: If the original payment method is no longer valid, contact our support team for alternative refund arrangements.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription purchases made more than 7 days ago (except for billing errors)
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions obtained through special offers
- Free trial conversions where the trial terms were clearly stated
- Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms (Google Play, App Store) — contact the respective platform
- Consultation sessions that have already been completed
- Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
