Request Account Deletion

At FlexxMoney (operated by Kairos Labs Pvt Ltd), we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so by following the steps outlined below.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your FlexxMoney account, send an SMS or WhatsApp message to the following phone number with your registered details:

Please include the following details in your message:

  • Registered Name: Your full name as registered on FlexxMoney
  • Registered Phone Number: The phone number associated with your account
  • Reason (Optional): Let us know why you want to delete your account so we can improve our services

2. What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive your account deletion request, the following process will be initiated:

  • SMS Verification: You will receive a verification message via SMS within 12–24 hours to confirm your identity and deletion request
  • Verification: Reply to the SMS as instructed to verify and authorize the account deletion
  • Processing: Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of successful verification
  • Confirmation: You will receive a final confirmation message once your account has been deleted

3. Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile picture)
  • Learning progress and course history
  • Consultation and chat history
  • Preferences and personalization data
  • Device and usage analytics linked to your account

4. Data That May Be Retained

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we may retain certain information even after account deletion:

  • Transaction Records: Payment and billing records as required by tax and accounting regulations
  • Legal Obligations: Any data required to be retained under applicable Indian laws
  • Dispute Resolution: Information necessary for resolving any pending disputes or claims

Any retained data will be stored securely and used solely for the purposes stated above.

5. Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled upon account deletion. No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
  • If you have any pending transactions, please wait for them to be completed before requesting deletion.
  • You will lose access to all courses, content, and features associated with your account.
